About the team & this role
You will own the onboarding experience of every new joiner at Sateliot end-to-end. You execute against a defined onboarding playbook, and you are the person who makes sure that on day one nothing is missing. You will run structured feedback interviews with recent joiners to understand how onboarding really felt, and you turn that into concrete improvements every month.
This is not a “coffee and filing” role. You coordinate, execute and improve a process with direct impact on employee experience and retention.
What you'll do
Onboarding, end-to-end (core of the role)
Own the journey from signed offer to the 3-month follow-up: pre-boarding communications, Day 1, Week 1, Month 1 and Month 3.
Everything ready before Day 1: IT tickets in Jira (equipment + corporate email), building access cards with Facilities/Securitas, welcome pack, buddy assigned, Day 1 agenda and Hiring Manager briefed.
Run a memorable, calm and warm Day 1: reception, welcome pack, office tour, C-level intro, HR onboarding session, etc.
Feedback interviews & employee experience
Run the structured check-ins (Day 1, Week 1, Month 1, Month 3) as real qualitative conversations, not tick-boxes. Detect signals, document findings, and escalate any alert.
Turn what you hear into concrete monthly improvement proposals.
Manage the Buddy program: assign buddies, brief them, monitor the relationship and collect satisfaction feedback.
Prepare and deliver physical and digital welcome packs aligned with Sateliot's brand.
What we are looking for
Background: student or graduate in Psychology, HR, Labor Relations or similar.
Human skills: genuine empathy and active listening, combined with rigor and follow-through. You make people feel welcomed and you don't drop details.
Organization: exceptional attention to detail.
Languages: native Spanish (or equivalent) and B2+ English. You will work with international colleagues.
Curiosity: real interest in the tech, start-up and in how a company is built.
How we work
We lead with humility, move fast, and take ownership. We collaborate without ego and measure ourselves by real impact, not titles or hierarchy. We hire people who already live these values.
What we offer
Real impact on one of Europe’s most ambitious space projects.
Growth: we cover 50% of courses or master’s degrees (up to 5% of your salary), plus Spanish and Catalan classes.
Health & balance: 50% on private health insurance and Urban Sports Club, a flexible schedule, and hybrid work, we focus on results, not hours.
Flexible Compensation: flexible compensation through Cobee (meal, transport, kindergarten).
A truly global team: 20+ nationalities building something genuinely new - and genuinely nice to work with. Great vibes, real teamwork.
A real welcome: a dedicated buddy from day one.
Life outside work: we organize leisure and sports activities both during and outside working hours - because great teams connect beyond the screen.
Catering: if you don't have time to cook, we partner with a catering company so a freshmeal is sorted, no need to think about it.
Parking: on-site parking at the office, with Sateliot covering 50% of the cost - plus free bike parking if you prefer to pedal in.
