WHO ARE WE?

Sateliot is a Barcelona-based Startup in the New Space sector, becoming the first satellite telecommunications operator that will provide global and continuous connectivity to all the elements that will make up the massive Internet of Things (IoT) universe under the 5G protocol.

In order to do so, Sateliot is launching a constellation of last generation nanosatellites, located at low altitude that act as mobile towers. Sateliot is the perfect complement for large telecommunications companies by providing them with the necessary infrastructure where terrestrial technologies do not arrive.

YOUR MISSION

 You will design and implement AI-driven solutions that simplify processes and elevate the employee experience.

YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS

• AI applied to HR: collaborate in designing, testing, and implementing AI solutions across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and learning & development.
• Process Automation: create and optimize AI-powered workflows that reduce repetitive tasks, streamline HR operations, and enhance employee experience.
• Research & Innovation: proactively explore and test emerging AI and digital tools, driving pilot projects that bring measurable innovation to HR practices.
• Strategic HR Enablement: collect relevant information, analyze trends, and transform them into actionable insights that strengthen organizational culture and inform evidence-based decisions.
• Implementation Partner: act as a bridge between HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption, integration, and scaling of AI-driven initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration with Data specialization, or completion of a recognized AI-related course or certification.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and programming (Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, Python, or R).
• Strong interest in Human Resources and Organizational Culture, with sensitivity to the human side of technology and data.
• Advanced English level (for documentation, tools, and international collaboration).
• Key soft skills: teamwork, curiosity, continuous learning mindset, results-driven orientation, and effective communication.

NICE TO HAVE

• Previous experience (internships, academic projects, or first job) in Data, AI, or HR innovation projects.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) applied to business contexts.
• Basic understanding of HR processes (recruitment, well-being, engagement, learning & development)
